Due to issues with Microsoft’s Azure Front Door (AFD) service, some WiseStamp users may experience intermittent delays or temporary errors when loading their email signatures.
Microsoft has confirmed that an inadvertent configuration change caused widespread latency, timeouts, and errors beginning around 16:00 UTC on October 29, 2025.
WiseStamp’s infrastructure remains fully operational; however, this external Microsoft issue may temporarily affect certain signature functions. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will update this page as soon as Microsoft fully resolves the disruption.
